Bulldozer For Sale: Having Quality Bulldozers For Sale Is Only Half The Equation
eBay, despite its relative simplicity, is often quite a complicated market and putting “Bulldozer for sale” sign is no longer enough to make a successful heavy equipment sale. Especially if you're not a professional or you are a pro, but you know nothing about eBay. Having good bulldozers for sale is only half of the solution. You need to attract bidders, and, what's even more complicated – to keep them.

Tip 1: Specific Customers
You are not selling bulldozers, speedloaders etc. to everyday people, but to pros. Keep this in mind when you are preparing listings. If you know any heavy equipment operators' manager, ask him or her to take a look at your offer and listen to what a pro has to say about it.
Preparing backhoes or bulldozers for sale is much more than washing it and taking a few photos – you will need to make a listing that would convince operators or their managers to take part in the auction.
Tip 2: Shipment Fees
A common problem limiting the effectiveness of heavy equipment sales is the shipment. It causes enough problems for car dealers – it is virtually impossible to ship the bulldozers you have for sale to your customer for a reasonable price. This limits the number of potential bidders both for you and for you competitors. That's why it is often a good idea to try to fetch some transport, even if it is limited by your state borders – this may give you an upper hand over your competitors. And never ever forget to give TRUE shipment information. Lack of clear shipping instructions (even if they are limited to “pick up the bulldozer from my garage”) will scare most reasonable bidders. For the better part they will go looking for another sale.
