However, in case of skid loaders (and heavy construction equipment in general) such sources are much harder to find and use. With the exception of bankrupcy sales, they simply do not exist in world of heavy equipment, so you have to find items for sale in some other way.

Locating second-hand equipment

The best way to get skid loaders for sale is finding second-hand equipment. However if you want to become a successful seller in the long run, it needs to be second-hand, not “third-hand” - meaning you have to buy it directly from companies that want to get rid of them. One risk-free way to build an eBay business is to scour your local markets, auctions and newspapers looking for folks who have such equipment for sale who can't unload it. They might not be net savvy and willl welcome your assistance. This is a risk-free way to sell such expensive equipment and generally you only risk the cost of an auction ad. Become the local expert in your area, the one with a reputation for being able to sale construction equipment and you might find your phone ringing with offers.
