Buy Fountains Online: How To Convince Your Online Customers To Buy Fountains On eBay

There are many people who will think twice before they buy fountains online. Just as with clothing, we usually want to touch them and see them with our own eyes before buying. Even if we give them a chance to buy fountains online in our eBay store for much lower prices than will be possible elsewhere, we still need to bear in mind that the price alone may be not enough to convince everybody.

(b) Difficult installation with no one to call for help

(c) Fear that they will be cheated by the merchant (you!)

These three problems make up for probably more than 50% of people who have changed their minds somewhere between typing “buy fountains online” keyword phrase and winning an eBay auction.

The question is: how can we accommodate for the situation and calm down their fears? The first thing we should is to ask ourselves “Would I buy fountains online, especially from my store?”

1. Pictures:

If it's possible, give your customers some level of technical support – a phone number they could call and ask for advice or on-site help (at least in your vicinity) etc.

This level of customer service will draw the customers to your store – and convince them to buy fountains online – especially from YOUR store!
