The first thing you have to do is to make sure that you have top-notch pictures of your timeshare property and timeshare location. The point is simple: the pictures are selling a time share, not words. If your pictures are of poor quality or do not show anything really interesting or beautiful, your potential customers will choose your competitor – the one with better pictures. Even if there are still some people interested in your offer, you will be selling a time share for a fraction of its market value.

Technical details

Do not give the technical details (number of rooms, standard, what’s included etc.) on the top of the listing! This will make selling a time share much harder task. These details are everything people really need from your listing, so once they get them, they will ignore everything below – including the pictures and marketing copywriting that should make their mouths watering at your resort.
