He started the bidding at only one penny and he had no reserve price. This kind of psychological tactic brings buyers flocking to an auction. Is the seller nuts? How can he take such a chance?

Actually, he's not risking much of anything. He has sold many DeWalt tools and knows almost exactly where the price will end up. He had 935 views on this auction. He's just smart, not stupid!

Selling DeWalt cordless drills - and in fact, all DeWalt tools - is a really good niche on eBay. If you can find a supplier, go for it!
